Twin Creeks needed an adaptive solution that can support their diverse lake amenities and uphold the luxury accommodation offering across the property. The previous provider lacked depth in offering a flexible software that could easily integrate guests into a cloud-base solution for transparency and communication amongst guests. Further, they identified that they needed a PMS provider that could offer IBE solutions for booking amenities such as boats and jet skis.
When we integrated RMS, it gave me the ability to cross-train employees and I only had to be fluent in one software platform.

RMS’ dynamic property management system has allowed Twin Creeks to advance their marina and lakeside accommodation by implementing contactless guest facing features with a cloud-based solution. RMS' Guest Portal allows Twin Creeks guests to self-manage their bookings and use contactless check-in and out software. Twin Creeks can also benefit from key RMS features that help to manage bookings, increase occupancy and simplify rate changes with an automated rate manager.
Providing a digital guest portal, that tracks and manages booking, contactless check-in and out, and allows secure payments has made daily workflows seamless.
Our fully interactive and customisable IBE has given Twin Creeks control over direct bookings in real-time and has massively reduced their OTA costs.
