Summerstar made the shift to RMS Cloud to adopt new efficiencies in operations and gain confidence in software that increases revenue. Identifying that the previous provider lacked key features such as a cloud base solution that can improve guest correspondence, seamlessly collate finances from each of their 10 parks and provide real time data analyses, was a missed opportunity. RMS provide a world class solution that centralised all operations, increase revenue across all parks and drive direct bookings.
