Setsu Niseko is one of Japan's newly opened and one-of-a-kind luxury hotels in Niseko. As part of opening their new location, Setsu Niseko underwent extensive research to identify a PMS that could provide a property management solution that could empower a custom-built guest facing app. The aim was to work with a PMS provider who could match their business goal of delivering elevated, digital and contactless guest experiences. With automation being a key driver, Setsu Niseko was looking for partnership in custom building a development solution that could enable their vision for a completely bespoke app - empowering smart-room automation, guest services, instant check-in, and mobile keys to connect guests digitally to the hotel. It was important for Setsu Niseko to adopt the most current technology incorporating the latest automation tools to empower guests whilst connecting to a reliable PMS.

RMS Cloud was appointed new PMS provider for Setsu Niseko's luxury 190-room hotel from a large pool of highly rated technology providers from around the world. RMS invested in timely research and development to build custom technology, formulating the right digital mix for the Setsu Niseko guest experience app. McLaren Technologies was a key partner in facilitating the exemplary user interface technology that spoke with RMS' property management software. The technology has delivered professionality to the Setsu Niseko brand and a direct connection with guests via a user-friendly interface design. Setsu Niseko's stylish new app provides an end-to-end digital guest experience and speaks directly to the RMS software. Meaning–efficient operations, real-time staff updates on customer requests and easy looking up on special guest reservations providing Setsu Niseko with the tools to access everything in one local environment to deliver a unified and luxurious guest experience.
