Beachport Caravan Park sits on the beachfront above Rivoli Bay in South Australia. With direct beach access, views over the water, and a short walk to town, this is the perfect place for family holidays, to relax, explore, and soak in the beauty of the Limestone Coast.

Proud member of G'Day Parks, the park offers powered sites, cabins, and self-contained surfside apartments, catering for everyone from weekend campers to families on longer stays.

Like many caravan parks, Beachport runs a lean front desk operation. The team is friendly and hands-on, but stretched. During peak periods, being everywhere at once isn't possible. That tension between looking after guests on-site and staying on top of inbound enquiries was a growing challenge.

RMS at the core of operations

Since 2013, the team at Beachport has been running and building their operations on RMS, using the Booking Engine for direct reservations, RMS Pay for payments, 2-way SMS to communicate with guests, and the Channel Manager to connect with OTAs and attract new guests.
