The Challenge

Prior to adopting RMS Cloud, Rainbow Ocean Palms Resort and Rainbow Getaway Holiday Apartments encountered common challenges in the management rights industry:

  • Disjointed systems: Rainbow Ocean Palms operated on a non-cloud-based property management system, making it difficult to manage remotely or integrate with other operations.

It handles all the money we receive from bookings, and we’ve been able to eliminate our EFTPOS machine. Because it’s cloud-based, we’re not tied to an office. All of our payment processing is handled through RMS Pay, freeing up a lot of our time.
