A cloud solution to power holistic guest experiences across the group

Baillie Lodges made the shift to RMS Cloud to adopt new efficiencies in operations and gain confidence in software that supports a holistic guest experience. Identifying that they needed a cloud-based solution that can help improve guest correspondence, seamlessly collate finances from each of their individual properties and create customer profiles to enhance guest experience, like our 2-way SMS feature. Converting to one centralised property management enterprise was an opportunity that was beyond their previous provider and one RMS could excel in.

RMS' triggered correspondence functionality allows us to send custom guest communications automatically and the ability to append external documents to guest bookings enables our on-site property teams to view all guest-related correspondence without having to contact our central reservations department.

It gives management access to valuable features such as guest travel updates amongst multiple properties within the single guest itinerary or if they have recurring stays, what the guests' preferences are, allowing Baillie Lodges to deliver world-class customer service.
