RMS Cloud offers an intuitive 2-way communication Staff Portal that simplifies management of staff by providing a direct link between the property and the staff at work.
Housekeepers can access the staff portal from any smart phone device or tablet to login, view and manage their allocated tasks including recording a DND or Task Not Required, set an Area to Clean status and communicate directly with the property. Working in real time, properties can also communicate directly with the housekeepers using Staff Portal messaging for additional update about guests or the property.
Owners have the ability to view their unit’s availability, make owner-occupied reservations, track upcoming bookings and print end-of-month statements from one central system.

The RMS Corporate Portal is designed for travel agents who have paired up with properties to facilitate collaborative bookings through their established platform. Property owners can allocate a certain number of rooms to travel agents to be able to make bookings on their behalf.
The Partner Portal allows vendors of third-party applications to submit a request to become an Integrated Partner with RMS.
Approved Partners can use the portal to manage their information and connected products displayed to customers in the RMS Module Market.
