A rapidly expanding portfolio saw the group outgrow their cumbersome technology
The management of CLLIX group had experimented with various PMS providers, including Fidelio, Guest Centrix and Northwind Maestro before they decided that to better support their growing business, they needed to upgrade to a more powerful PMS platform. Operational pain points they identified were that the software used prior to RMS was unreliable and less feature-rich than the RMS system. They required a smart PMS solution that could adjust pricing dynamically based on occupancy rates and a built-in channel manager to cut down additional costs.

RMS’s dynamic pricing system enabled CLLIX to price their hotel rooms automatically and serviced apartments based on fluctuations in occupancy rates and seasonality, therefore increasing bookings and revenue easily across all locations. The dynamic pricing function also feeds into the native channel manager, so prices update automatically in an instant. RMS’ support staff work very closely with the CLLIX team to provide them with an advanced configuration of their multiBAR and custom revenue management requirements.
