Could you be printing smarter?

RMS Smart Printing allows users to setup preferred printers for specific print actions in RMS, allowing for quicker print job allocation to specific printers with minimal clicks. Without RMS Smart Print set up printing can take up to twice as long and up to seven clicks!

This has a multitude of benefits including:

  • Shorter Check-In and Check-Out Queues
  • Pre define which print jobs go to which printers eg. Receipts to Thermal Printer at the Front Desk, Reports to A4 Printer in the back office
  • Faster reports eg. Night Audit
  • Simpler Group Reservations
  • User Level Smart Printing allows a user to be simultaneously logged into multiple devices and choose to use Smart Printing on one device whilst not using it on another
  • One time set-up
  • No additional charge!

In business, tasks are usually better when they take less time. Enabling RMS Smart Print allows you to print faster and easier with as little as two or three clicks !*
