Properties can either create their own menu or connect with local restaurants, with guests placing orders from the comfort of their site, cabin or room. Guests can choose to charge meals to their reservation or pay straight from their mobile device when ordering.

Order Up builds the system around each property, enabling quick roll-out across single sites and multi-properties as a fully branded enterprise solution.

Using the admin console, property managers can control pricing, menu, images and more, adding upsells and discounts to increase sales, automated surcharges for public holidays and product filtering so guests can easily interact with the menu. Using the advanced reporting function, users can analyse insights that will help determine future promotions and marketing collateral.
