One of the most powerful tools governments can use to combat the COVID-19 pandemic is contact tracing in the event of a suspected or confirmed infection.
To assist our clients in managing the safety and security of their guests and staff, RMS is delivering a Health Declaration and Contact Tracing form wizard via our Guest Portal Pre Check-In to streamline this information-gathering process and assist RMS clients in complying with this important obligation.

The declaration wizard can be triggered to guests before check-in via SMS or email

The declaration wizard forms a part of the Guest Portal Pre Check-In process

The message centre will alert you only if there is an issue that requires attention

All successful declarations will be stored in each reservation under correspondence
