RMS is setting new heights for luxury hotels with a custom app integration delivering fully digital guest experiences. 

RMS Cloud announces a new partnership with newly designed Setsu Niseko, a luxury hotel and resort in Japan, as the connecting piece to in-house property management software and guest-facing technology.   

RMS cloud worked closely with Setsu Niseko to facilitate the build of a custom app integration that aligns with the luxury hotels' brand and mission to offer a complete digital guest experience. The consulting partner was McLaren Technologies, who worked alongside RMS Cloud to deliver a branded mobile app with advanced features for guests, such as mobile check-in, mobile keys, special room requests and room mood setting like lighting and heating/cooling options.   

Setsu Niseko is one of Japan's newly opened and one-of-a-kind luxury hotels in Niseko. As part of opening their new location, Setsu Niseko underwent extensive research to identify a PMS that could provide customised solutions for bespoke integration to a custom guest-facing app. The aim of the app is to have technology that could match their business goal of delivering elevated, digital and contactless customer service. 

With Niseko's growing prominence as Asia's top ski destination, accessibility and connectivity - physically and digitally - is of high importance. The smart-room tablets and mobile app will allow us to have more meaningful, digital interactions with guests. We want our guests to enjoy the modern comforts and tech amenities they are accustomed to using while exploring the beautiful natural landscape surrounding our resort.
