What is a Pay By Link?

You can send a secure link to your guest via SMS or Email that will allow them to initiate a payment on their desktop or mobile device. Pay By Links are auto-generated by RMS PAY and you can view their status (i.e. paid/unpaid) on your dashboard.

What are Automated Payment Schedules?

Payment Schedules are pre-paid instalment plans that you can customise and tie to your rates. This will enable your guests to spread their accommodation costs, and you’ll receive all the money before their arrival.  

 

RMS PAY will automatically attempt to take payments from the guest on the required dates and will retry using alternative methods if a payment fails.
