Saltwater properties made the shift to RMS Cloud to adopt new efficiencies in their spa operations and partner with technology that was able to deliver a holistic guest experience. Identifying that a cloud-based solution improves guest correspondence, seamlessly collates finances from each of their 30 individual properties and integrates their PMS with spa software all within one centralised location, represented an opportunity that was not possible until joining RMS Cloud.
