In total, 96.7% of our customers found the answers to their questions via our interactive help centre, which received over 160,000 searches throughout the year.

It’s that easy to find what you need with RMS. Always striving to do more, we’ll be adding more articles to the help centre, which will include visual guides, video walk-throughs and step-by-step instructions. We’re also set to launch our very own RMS University early next year for those who want to enhance their learning or upskill in a particular area. 

The support team work with us in close partnership to develop the system as we need it. Have worked with PMS systems for over 20 years and RMS’ approach and customer relationship management, which is key for us, is the most professional I have ever seen.
