“Our focus is always user-driven and 2020 was no different. We collaborated with our customers across the globe, coming up with innovative solutions in response to their challenges. We rolled out our new IBE, which was given a full RMS makeover and enhanced for a better user experience, designed functionality to help operators navigate a post-COVID reopening and released our biggest software update yet.
